Family Health Center welcomes EVERY PERSON through our doors regardless of ability to pay. Sliding Scale fee: Financial Counselors will work with you to determine whether you qualify for our Sliding Fee Scale and what resources may be available to you. Offer referrals to other programs, help navigate the Medicaid system and assist with paperwork and translation as needed. Note: Medicaid is ALWAYS welcome at FHC. Services: Integrated Care Family Medicine Pediatrics Physical & Occupational Therapy Internal Medicine Obstetrics/Gynecology On-Site Pharmacies Immediate Care Dental Services Behavioral & Mental Health Lab Tests & Screenings Vaccines
