Barnabas Samaritan Medical Clinic is a non profit medical and dental clinic for residents of Nassau County. Provides urgent health card to adults in Nassau County Florida. Eligibility Criteria: - The patient must show proof of Nassau County residency - The patient must complete a financial interview. - The patient must have a mental health screening. - The patient can not have medical insurance; this includes Medicare Part A & B and Medicaid. We may assess but do not provide ongoing care for: - Children - Drug dependence - Mental health problems - Chronic disease states
