They offer a Sliding Fee discount based on family size and income. Office Hours: Monday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Tuesday Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

This is a Sliding Scale clinic. Fees are based on your income.
