Services at this location include: Primary Care Pediatric Care Laboratory Services Hours: Mondays and Thursdays 8am to 5pm Accepts Medicare and Medicaid as well as offering a sliding fee scale.

This is a Sliding Scale clinic. Fees are based on your income.
