Mission Statement: PromptMed Urgent Care was founded with the belief that we can deliver patient-centric healthcare services in an affordable, timely, high-quality and convenient setting, utilizing the latest procedures and technologies, to meet the needs of patients in the communities we serve and make a difference in the world. The PromptMed Urgent Care operating model fills the gap in the healthcare system created by two fundamental issues: i) schedule inflexibility, increasing wait times, and lack of access due to the shortage of primary care physicians and ii) increasing costs and wait times for emergency room visits.
