They service people who live in their service area of Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia.Chapter offers a full range of services to guide and assistto learn more about ALS. Here you will find pertinent information for patients, caregivers, family members, friends and healthcare workers. Their staff is available Monday through Friday to answer any questions you may have. Services are free of charge to serve the needs of the ALS community. Eligibility: People with ALS People with primary lateral sclerosis (PLS)

Mission Statement: To discover treatments and a cure for ALS, and to serve, advocate for, and empower people affected by ALS to live their lives to the fullest.
